Same place it always is - Go to single player career mode, any garage then look for the arcade machine.

Don't have that achievement but I do have the one for having two bikes endo at each other

are the cars and bikes balanced equally for online racing ?

Yeah they've done a brilliant job on the balancing so you won't feel done by taking one or the other (assuming you lock to the same class)

Cars - Generally lower straight line acceleration but better cornering.

Bikes - Fast in a straight line but it's impossible not to showboat & you need to come right down for the corners.

We tried to matchmake online last night but there's not enough people playing it yet.

Quite possibly, yes. Although I prefer to do an endo right on the line, y'know, for ****s and giggles.

Endo is the opposite of a wheelie and whilst I knew you were joking (honest! ), one of the tricks you can do, is standing on the bike controlling with one hand.
