My missus picked this up for her mums birthday today and its amazing, shes not normally into exercise but now shes clocked up 90 mins solid on it without even realising its exercise
I can really see this sort of thing totally taking off as part of health care courses.
Oh and the idea of a snowboarding 180 with the wiifit board makes me smile

I'll hold my hands up, gents; I was wrong.
So, so wrong. Thought it was a "bird" game, but was round a friend's last night and they had this and it was absolutely brilliant, much hilarity ensued with me trying to do that Hula Hoop exercise, although I cleaned up on the Skiing. In anycase, we had one on pre-order, but let it go, suffice to say, my missus is gutted.
The hunt begins... again.

you know its bad when you can't even get into the starting position for some of the youga exercises.
i like this game today, it told me i've lost 10lbs since yesterday, even allowing for the bad kebab from Norwich town centre last which I only had full ownership of for a short while I am suspecting the scales aren't scientific precision super duper ones.
plus playing it on thickish carpet may be a factor.

I've just finished doing the 20rep Press up - arm stretchy out one, and my god... Very very cool. I'm hoping there's even more reps to unlock but i'm thinking 20 will be the max. I like the challanges too...
Jogging is brilliant, anyone else notice the 2D Mario sprites lying around? Can you collect these at all? Also, anyone know how to unlock more stamps? I love following the adorably cute Mii Doggies, the little buggers are nippy tho :-p

I've been going to the gym for a year and I've never lost 10lbs in a day...it took me weeks to do that. I should have just bought Wii Fit
Playing it on thick carpet does affect it btwSelecting light or heavy clothing also has a big impact as well (to the point where it becomes useless to even measure it)

Oh, and has anyone started a challange for this yet? Cant seem to find one and I was hoping to put my ski jumping skills to the test!
I went for a 20 minute jog earlier (I usually go for runs outside by the way, you know, in the real world, but there is something very appealing about jogging indoors with my music blazing in the background and the misses offering support, or, well, just laughing at the Miis running past) and i've been carrying weights in my hands to add extra sweaty goodness. Not heavy weights, just 4.5kg in each hand. Nothing major, but after twenty minutes jogging on the spot and punching the air with my weights I was officially just one big sweaty mess. Brilliant stuff.
