Just the board itself would be great for a 1080 sequal or a Konami dancing game

My calf muscles are killing today. The Chair and the Palm Tree are killer Yoga moves.

I am really motivated to put at least an hour a day into this, sure its not high impact exercise but its better than twiddling your thumbs!

Also, for a anyone who has unlocked the boxing - how great is that!? Its a cliche but the more you put into it the more you get out of it, I was sweating a cob after an island run and 12 minutes of boxing training. You can just go through the motions but if you really throw yourself into it (and forget anyone is watching) you can nicely burn up some lard I think

ha ha, i have achey legs and the muscles around the knees hurt a bit this morning.

i'm not convinced its a major workout but if you are encouraged to do it frequently will probably derive more benefit from it than going to the gym once a month.

My legs and arms are achey this morning and i love it!

Yep, I agree with ya merf. To those familar with exercise its not a *major* workout as such, like others have said its no solid alternative to a workout in the gym or a brisk run outside... BUT it does bring up a sweat, it does make those muscles ache, stretches those limbs out and it really can burn calories and help a person's overall fitness, balance, and spark awareness and a desire to keep - if only a little - healthier. That last point in itself is remarkable imo. If it can help people to WANT to get a litter fitter, then job well done. And, yep, its certainly better then sitting on one's bottom.

ItsThere, i love the boxing too matey. Have you unlocked the advance mode? That is very good, requring some severe concentration to do the right steps with the right punch actions. Love the free style punching at the end, fifteen seconds of punching like crazy is just the icing on the cake.

I've clocked up just over seven hours on this now so have happily unlocked pretty much all of the exercises so its great being able to explore them all. Loved the idea of unlocking them, a great incentive... The only niggle i have is that I wish there was more structure to the exercises... or maybe even a way to select a session of some sort, without having to stop, select, and then start. Other then that though... Brilliant piece of kit.

Adam - yeah the advanced boxing is excellent, the step back and punch completely floored me the first time! I was ll over the place getting beats from the robot gloves, and the dodging is so hard!

I agree with you about the structure, you spend too much time resting for my liking, an hours actual work out time (which in Fit Cash is overgenerous anyway) take 90 mins due to all the different navigation screens needed.

I would recommend it to anyone with an interest in fitness, whether new or sustained, really makes it seem fun

It's official I have no rhythm! Watching me flail around with the boxing is surely the most pathetic sight on the planet.

Absolutely love it. Wii Fit, Mario Kart and the handful of other great games this year have sent my Wii love out of control. I can really see me playing this more than GTA4....though to be fair I haven't yet picked up my copy.

I'm really enjoying the use of Mii's. Especially in the jogging games....seeing George Costanza and Frank Zappa overtake me raised a chuckle. As did seeing Costanza tumble on the final straight.

Can't get that bloody step aerobics music out of my head though.

I have done 90 mins so far in 3 sessions. When do you unlock the boxing?

I hate running and can't run to save my life but for some strange reason the jogging game is my most played one so far.

My plan is to do 30min sessions every day apart from Mondays (due to working late) to get myself in shape and attempt to loose some weight and lower my bmi.

So far so good but I need to make sure that I keep at it

Definitely keep up with it Mike mate, maybe you could keep us up to date with your progression as an extra incentive?

The boxing is excellent, really is challanging on advance. I've been boxing since i was five years old (on and off) and i still found this stupidly hard! Mine was unlocked after 1hour 35minutes... but i'm not sure if there's anything other then time involved in unlocking it. I know what you mean about the jogging, its great to hear you're doing that a lot. Have you tried following the multiple doggies? Have you found the various 2d NES Mario sprites? Very cool they are.

Haven't found any sprites yet, I have been building the jogging up slowly. Tonight I did 1 long run and 2 short runs. Will gradually increase the distances until I can manage a fair time on it

Have you unlocked the free jog yet? That's pretty cool. You can choose to run for 10, 20 or 30 mins... and it keeps a record of your distance. It is even possible to change to a TV channel or watch a film whilst jogging because the Wii-Remote keeps you up-to-date with time left etc. Quite a nice touch that.

I got it after I'd done two island laps.
