Yeah i'm interested in this as well. I don't tend to click around too much on any of the sub menu's in case I end up changing something I can't undo.

For the touching Im sure its only on original mode (only mode Ive played) and all you do is move the cursor to where you want it to fire at then tap the area like mad thats it.

Gorgeous mode is the widescreen mode.

I saw that dlc the other day. When i've got some cash to spare, i'm buying them. I love the music thats in the game already, its a nice bonus you can get more.

You move the cursor on their boobies on the select screen and press A. Do that for the required amount of times to unlock the achievements.

It plays fine on my Hori, the Touchscreen stick is nice but a bit of a novelty rather than a needed feature in my eyes...cant see many other games needing it & for the extra cost it isnt really worth it IMO.

Spend the money on a Deathsmiles Hrap EX or Madcatz SFIV TE if I was you.

Presume you've already worked this out Johnny, but it's in Gorgeous (ゴージャス) mode you can unlock the character completion achievements.

Got this yesterday and am pleasantly surprised. Was expecting to despise it but it's actually pretty fun. Must admit I've not touched Original Mode much yet, but after about 5 plays of Gorgeous I can now add it to the rather small list of shooters I've 1cc'ed, which gives you a good indication of just how accommodating it is. The Gradius homage is indeed ridiculous at parts, but must admit I was chuckling with the volcanos on the ice stage. Now I have to make up my mind if I want to bother going for the silly 'collect all cards' achievement...

Can't for the life of me work out which screen this is on, as i can't move the cursor over the throopnies on any screen (as much as i'd like to )

Got it now, but it's not the boobs at all is it? Just press a when the cursor is on a bird.

Just got this and despite it feeling a little too sedate initially (coming off the back of Cave shooters you need to re-adjust) I'm really enjoying it. If you like Gradius + Japanese stuff I can't see what there is not to like.

I notice there's a lot of DLC for this game and chances are I'll be downloading the Easter Island level.

Any other recommended DLC I should consider? I was hoping to find a translated list of it all but I've had no luck as yet.
