Loving this game to bits

Just played 3 games online.....

Game 1 = 3v1, ran pretty much perfect. It was 2 on one Xbox plus another guy verses me so technically 3 Xbox's were connected to this game.

Game 2 = 2v2, a bit jerky at times but no worse than FIFA can get.

Game 3 = 1v1, the least smooth of the three games but still very much playable. It's worth nothing the opponent had a red connection (which I intentially wanted to play to experiment) so if this is as bad as it gets I can't complain.



On a related note, I've finished my Spurs and Arsenal kits. 360 editing takes forever But I think the end results were well worth it -

I cant for the life of me score freekicks, anyone have any tips, seems i cant curl either, i used to be deadly from freekicks.

Me and SK-DCFC had several matches tonight in online Community Mode. Was great. Most importantly, no lag!

We had a Serie A battle. Picking a different Italian team everytime. Much better when you know it ain't ranked, as you get a bit more adventurous with your team selection

Yeah it ran really smoothly for me. A couple frame drops occasionally but apart from that it was fine.

They were good games i just need to get some practice now.

PES 6 was a long time ago, it will probably take me a while to get back into the PES way of things, should be fun though!

Great to hear. I cannot wait to receive my copy and if this is as good as FIFA online it may very well make FIFA go back to the shop.

Not sure how my skills will transfer to the 360 pad. NOT looking forward to it, I can't use the stick with PES, and the analog pad sucks on the 360. Has anyone received their PC copy yet? That's my format of choice but not yet.

Anyway, hope to have some games on LIVE.

Picked this up this morning from Sainsbury's at 8:00am this morning.

Now I've not owned or played a football game for a few seasons now. I liked the demo and the final game has it trumped. I just played my very first game, regular level, I chose the Champions league as AC Milan and drew FC Porto away in the first group game. My 4,4,2 vs their 4,3,3 saw me get a goal in the first five minutes, Gattuso firing in off the left upright from a deflected cross that broke to him on the edge of the area. Saw Zambrotta get booked in about the 25 minute for a cynical foul on the Porto winger, couldn't have him breaking away could I?

second half saw some changes Zambrotta removed to avoid a dreaded red and also Ronaldinho off and replaced by Pirlo and Oddo. On the counter attack Flamini latched on to a own box clearance and fired a shot on goal into the roof of the net off the unfotunate Porto keeper.

Took off a tiring Borriello and brought on Ambrosini dropped to a 4,5,1. Concede right at the death from a clever switch of play from Porto after their corner broke down. Annoyed that I didn't keep a clean sheet but delighted with a winning start.

Despite this win I expect that if I were to come online to be the community whipping boys.

PS3 version played.

Anyone seen the ref be a bit more lenient or just blind? Yesterday I got my legs tableclothed up in the air and ref said play. I've one or two saying how offsides have gone unseen too. Maybe Konami have programmed some fuzziness in to the refs. Play to the whistle, fellas!

After some games online, I'm now thinking of ways to help nullify Messi and C.Ronaldo. These guys can gallop through you if they get the ball in tons of space.

What difficulty is the online set at? 2009 was at beginner AI which totally destroyed the defending online, what is it here?
