Yeah, sometimes the squads are unbalanced but it is quiet good fun when there are a few decent squads. people tend to get a bit sneaky. I was playing yesterday night and although I lost I started on my own and still got some good KD's and XP by the end. Abotu half way through my squad was full.

It's meant to be four squads of four pitted against each other, I think, but what with people joining and dropping out you don't often end up with those numbers...

Put about 10 hours into multiplayer on this and loving it. I love taking out m-com stations and the people defending them by demolishing the entire building they're in with RPGs. Creating your own paths through buildings using the grenade launcher is great fun as well.

Always have loved the MP in BF and BBC but its the usual failures, yes theres too many snipers and the vast majority of the flags and UAV are totally out in the open, making it pretty easy for snipers who have no intentions of taking flags etc.

It's a real shame the servers (360) **** out at times and you lose not just that games XP but the entire sessions XP.

I just lost 4 upgrades and 4000 points, including an entire rank. I had really levelled my medic up, and become really useful because of it. Now I'm back to being a soldier with health kits.

Hope they sort it soon.

Can't wait til the MW2 deathmatch players go back to MW2 as well.

This game is brilliant , far better than COD MW II for starters . The backdrops are breathtaking (the mist lifting off the snowy mountain , made my Jaw hit the floor) , The destruction and explosions are the best I've seen in any game ever, and like the fact , that the animation and death patterns have vastly improved
The Sound as been taken to another level, with the most real sound effects of all time .
Best of all , the single player mode is now just as well planned , developed as any top FPS you could care to mention , and the Multi-Player is brilliant simple fun .

DICE have simply made one of the best FPS, I've played in years

The sound is incredible, even at low volumes, the sound inside a tank is house-rattlingly good.

I think it's one of the best online FPS games I've ever played.

Are the leaderboards knackered on PS3? I appear to be stuck on 250,001 on some ranking criteria, and 101 on others, both of which are utterly bizarre and wrong (especially the latter). They haven't moved up or down for days.

EA are taking the servers down today and tomorrow for "extensive maintenance" so hopefully come Sunday it'll all be sorted.

I think the 250001 ranks are when you haven't ranked in the top 250000, I dong think they were expecting so many people to play this

For all the awesomeness that this game is, I can't believe Dice still made soldiers that struggle to get up small slopes, rocks, mounds, etc.

Finished the single player tonight. Frustrating at times but overall a lot of fun and stunning to look at. I love the destructible scenery and you really get to tear it apart later on

I gotta admit, after a weak start the campaign gets better and better in practically every sense (crappy AI excluded).

Does difficulty settings affect single-player AI? I haven't tried it yet, too busy with MP, but will start on hard if it's better.
