Patch has finally gone up, little later than we'd been hoping for (ideally it would've gone out before the DLC did)

There are more fixes than that, not sure how they decided which ones to mention in the patch notes and which ones not to, seems like a pretty random list.

This whole 'tiime-limit' thing I hear about; does it make achievements harder to get? Or can you do everything before this 'event' is triggered?

Glad it got patched, the Jasper glitch was driving me spare so I stopped playing quite early on. Looking forward to going back to it once I finish Dragon Knight Saga.

The only achievement the time-limit can hinder is the 'Tough Love' (save every citizen of Albion) achievement or whatever it's called, but once you realise making judgement decisions as King triggers the passing of time you can delay making said decisions and concentrate instead on making money, side-quests and what have you.

Except the game suddenly advances in the last section of the king section meaning you can very easily reach the point of no return without wanting to.

Yes, he now speaks. No I still can't fight and I still don't have a run or walk animation. Oh and I still can't enter the Sanctuary. 41 hours I played on that save. I really can't be bothered going through it again. Maybe in a few months time but the novelty will have long since died by then.

I've just started playing this and I'm pretty underwhelmed. Doesn't seem any different from Fable 2 TBH and graphically looks a bit naff most of the time.

Im enjoying the game so far but it's really irritating how the game seems to have been dunked in vaseline as soon as you move the camera.

I seem to think the 2nd one was the same, motion blur ahoy!

What's up with everything being so drab? At first I thought it was just because it was the industrial era, but even in magical forests and caves everything is all muted.

Yeah, few of the areas have the same levels of beauty or charm as Fable II's and, ultimately, the series has lost it's muchness.

I found him rather too obnoxious and over-the-top in a Daily Mail kinda way to watch the entire video but, his melodramaticism aside, he raised some good points, especially regarding the much-hyped but ultimately crappy Sanctuary. The way menu systems were completely done away with in Fable III following the criticism of Fable II's menu system leads me to suspect there are some overly sensitive people at Lionhead who don't understand that when something is criticised it's not a reason to throw it out, sometimes it merely needs a little refining and improving.

Yeah, just completed this, I thought the press reviews were pretty accurate with the score..7 to 8.

I played it without listening to any of the hype, did the story quests and completed it too fast I guess. I wanted to go back and complete all the quests I never did and everyone was dead lol. I cannot be arsed now as I have got far too much other stuff to play.

The "amazing" innovation of the "menu" I didn't really care for much, I dunno, I just prefer the old way of doing it although I didn't mind it too much apart from the annoying voice telling me stuff was available in the sactuary shop all the damn time.

The combat was way to basic as well, in fact the game was just too easy on a whole, I never died once all the time playing it. Graphics were nice, but there was some horrible slowdown in places. Voice acting was good, although I didn't care for Ross much :P

I never had any bugs as I guess I played it after they patched em all, I'd give it a 7, in fact I did give it a 7.

I played it for a bit and i just give up. I find the whole thing really annoying to play, the visuals, the annoying quest objective and the whole interface. Bunging it on ebay.

i thought this game was just insanely dumbed down...if they dumbed it down anymore it might as well play it for you
