i'm still doing 2-3 remote races an evening. mainly for the people i see doing them for me too, and anyone still under 35, as thats when you get a free redbull i believe.
mainly 'playing' out of habit now. transferring an expensive car over from my alt account everyday, quite close to having every car from the main dealerships. just a few jgtc and nascar to go. also finally managed to get zero credits today, which i've been aiming for since i maxed out at 20million credits last week. it wasnt quite as easy as i thought, as there was loads of cars i wanted to buy i ended up with a bit of an odd number.
i really want to play it more, but my attention is waining now....even though there are still a few events and races i havent completed. i would love it if there was more fun/hard seasonals like the first couple. as it is i will probably do these new ones once tomorrow and not actually race again till there are some more.

I got the Penniless Trophy fairly early on by strategic Used Car and Tuning Part purchases/ I fortunately didn't have too much money at the time.
The 'Ring Truck race was more challenging than the others as the Trucks are not the most controllable vehicles in the game (as I proved at the second attempt on my American Account finishing 20 seconds later than my first attempt). Currently it is a pretty good money earner at 111K credits.
I do the occasional A spec race. but mostly seem to be (still) trrying to get my American Account to Lv 35 using the Remote Racing. Unfortunately it means doing that from an account that only has my other accounts linked as I prefer to have the "American" drivers to be the highest levels.
I didn't even bother to send a car the other day and today I just sent a GT Academy Tuned 370Z to my American Account before the Reset in about 30 minutes.

The stuff about spending all your credits... surely the easy way to do this is just to max out your bank and then buy one of the cars that cost that much? The X2010, old GT40, XJ13 etc all cost 2,000,000,000 credits in the Japanese version and I'm sure 2,000,000,000 credits is the most you can have (if I have converted the value from the other versions correctly)

Yes, the Remote Races do not affect the Career Bar which is good.
Has anyone noticed a slowdown recently on the menus. Remote Racing seems to take somewhat longer to set up than it used to. I presume there may be less server power available due to the Japanese Earthquake. That is assuming that all the servers are based in Japan.
Darwock, did you want one of those GT Academy Tuned 370Z's? I still have no legitimate Yellow one, but all the other colours (same as the Premium '08 Fairlady Z) are available. I do have one of the correct Yellow Paint Chips available though.

Tried a fully modded Dodge Ram on that Truck Seasonal at the 'Ring. I was a little surprised to get around in 7:16! Top speed was around 160 mph (unlike the Tacoma which did over 180 mph), so it must have been able to hold its speed better. I suppose over 700 HP helped, though a weight of just over 1800 Kg did it no favours.
My American Account is getting on towards Lv 34.I still have some prizes to receive there. On one sub-account I had well over a million credits that I received from running it with the American Account! Now got that account is up to Lv 27.

I suspect if anyone is using the American version they have probably got their own code. I was contemplating getting one in case I ever completed my collection with the American version (I downloaded the Japanese codes at Christmas on the offchance of eventually getting that version!).
I was a little (lot?) unimpressed last night as I did two Remote Races to get my American Account to Lv 34 B spec. I know I did two because the UCD had advanced by 12 cars, only to be greeted by one set of results on American Account. I switched off soon after!
Ran an A spec Indy 500 in the X2010 (low downforce set to 50/62 using the Liveried one on RogsR34UK2) to get to Lv 34 on my main account. Finished in just under 2 hours, though not helped by running out of fuel on the last lap. I realise now it calculated the exact fuel I required... doh! Best lap was 30.675. Highest speed I saw was 310 mph!
