I did a load more races having max tuned the Zonda and built up some decent cash but I'm done now. Sorting out my DC stuff showed just how much I have to play through and this is taking all my time. I've enjoyed it and I've still got GT4 to go. On reflection I'd probably change my 7/10 to an 8/10 as there's still loads to improve though what's here is good. For GT6 I'll make sure to stick with it from the off.

Previously I played GT5 for a very long time and after getting annoyed with the games more annoying issues, I let it go and made do with Forza 4. It's taken its time but slowly I kept thinking about what Polyphony got right along with its excellent car and track selection.
Last week, I brought it back along with a PS3 Super Slim... It's so damn good.
The handling is just perfect, the courses play beautifuly, rain and night time driving change the tracks beyond compare, the graphics are astonishing and there's so much to do I think I could play this for the rest of my life. Or intill GT6 comes out!
Looking forward to getting back into the game and might dip my toe online this time.
Also, a few Photos I've been taking.

That F1 shot is brilliant. Will never ever get to race with it though, isn't something like 10 millions credits to buy or something. Would involve playing the game every game day for about 5 years to afford.
Wools, online is an experience like no other. When I say that, it really is. Its so badly implemented. By a team that simply has no idea how to do online. You may be better off offline!

I've just put this on. Still booting up after 1 hour. Patch 6 of 19. Each averaging around 400mb.

I've never tried GT5 online as racing online normally results in a first corner shunt & a lot of swearing! Time Trial for me but I would love to give it a go with like minded people who want to have fun & not come first.

If the patches sound daunting, Shopto are selling the Academy Edition (Includes all patches bar the most recent) for about ?14.
