Yeah the lack of checkpoint saves is my one major complaint, Im in two minds as to wether to start a solo Grim playthrough or wait in hope that they do actualy sort that out soon.

I'm definitely going to try it, but I'd love to be able to wait knowing they're going to patch it in. If anything it makes playing the game co-op that little bit harder, because if someone invites me when I'm halfway through a level it realistically could be half an hour before I can save and join them.

With that said, I'm now up for some co-op action. Add/invite me: Number45.

What's old is new again! Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition hits PS4 on March 4th, 2014 with a host of new features and enhanced graphics. We've dusted off this comprehensive strategy guide from the game's 2010 PS3 launch, which should get you a head start with the Apocalypse Edition. Enjoy! Dead Nation’s nonstop shooting and scrambling [...]

Some useful tips in there, including a handy reload trick that I wasn't aware of!

Played this for first time last night (under co-op tutelage of Mr. Bubbles), and I'm not even a bit ashamed to use the word 'awesomesauce'.

VP and I play it for half an hour every friday, before watching a kung fu film.

              It is tremendous fun.

Having picked this up a few months ago as part of PS+ I finally got around to giving this a go last night. First impressions are pretty good, seems to follow the expectations I had of it and doesn't add much to the genre. However the action is pretty well paced and it looks godo enough.

Can't beat a 30 month bump, never played this before, got this on PS4 thanks to PS+, really disliked it for the first 15 minutes, then it grew on me, is a bit too dark in places but really fun and looks great visually.

Powered through about four levels in the end in one stint, look forward to completing it over the weekend.

I thought there was going to be a Dead Nation 2 for PS4.

This just absolutely swallowed my Sunday, fantastic fun! The highway to hell level was epic, SO many enemies. Lot of love went in to this, so much detail in it. I think I might have tried this on PS3 but played it start to finish on PS4 today.

Vita version out on Wednesday. Free if you own the PS3 version :-)

Is a hell of a lot going on for a small screen, and dark in places, be interested to see how it plays.

Must admit one playthrough was enough for me, bit like Outlast, didn't get the urge to revisit.

Paying it via remote play wasn't that great. Hope it plays better natively.
