ive just rang up my local games shop and hes going to sell it me today!!!!!!!!!! TODAY!!! PAL!!! ONE DAY EARLEY!!!!! ROLL ON 4:15 WHEN I CAN GO HOME!!!!!

Oh dear me, that's quite sad.

As for me, i'll not get swamped in the hype. I'll continue playing plenty of other games i'll spent my hard earned on. I'll get this after xmas, play it and then see what it's like.

how does that demote me as a fanboy? i just been waiting for this game on pal for ages? and hearing everyone who got it jap and us rav on about it just makes me want it more and more! i still play snes and gba and n64 versions! i just love mario kart! Thats not to say though im going to leave out ssx3, f-zero, ff tactics and ff10. just because your not as excited about it as sombody dont mean u have to go off on one. ft:

Ikaruga, we're on a forum of importers. Surely they would be the "fanboy boy" **** more than any PAL person? If you wait for something and it comes early, that is good. Especially when as Nintendo fans, we're used to seeing release dates, not so much slip. more so "plummet down a vertical pit into a well from which it will never return"

I got excited about Prime, got up early and got the game as soon as soon as the shops opened. I was thrilled to get Zelda: TWW a whole 2 days early.

I'm not going to start an argument/flame, I just think there's too many people who are getting far too excited over these games and then slating them without really playing them properly. Just read some of the 'fist hand' thoughts on here, some of them have only watched videos!

I've got a copy in my bag and my mate is coming round to play it tonight.
I'm 31 years old and I like the fact that I feel like a kid at Christmas.

What's wrong with being sad anyway? I've been running home off the bus from work each night to get back and play it, and before it arrived I was regularly calling home during the day to see if any packages had arrived. 8)

I've pre-ordered the US version and am literally counting down the hours till I get my grubby paws on it.......and if I get it any earlier than expected, i'll be politely asking the bird to go out for a few hours while I escape from reality for a bit. (i'll actually be doing that whenver I get it!)

Sad? Nah, just beats lifes daily routine that half the planet seems to be in.

I prefer importing. The only pal games I buy are gba and ps2.

Oh and CROC, I post on this forum becuase I trade here, I've also posted some scores and i've made a few friends with people on here who I talk to on msn. I also post on rllmuk. But i'm slowing down my forum activity becuase i'd rather play games than talk about them brainlessly.

Nah, maybe i was being a bit harsh, I apologise, but I just feel very strongly about it at the moment. It just seems so different to the way this community was a year ago even. People are becoming more and more obbsessed with the next big game, the next big console - when we're not even taking time to fully appreciate what we have in front of us...

So maybe he shouldnt get excited as it may not be good or he may make an assumption too early ????????

I dont get ur point ? He is excited about a game and as a added bonus he is getting it a day early, where is the issue ??
