Valve got a competition going right now (deadline 6th June), for best user-created chambers. Hopefully these might get to consoles sometime, although dev tools are PC only:

I had some ideas so I had a look at the tools but they seemed a bit more complicated than WarioWareDIY so I cried it off.

Finally had a chance where both me and housemate were free for a bit of co-op on this last night...
Started at 9.30 and sat there solidly (other than beer+bathroom runs) til 4.20am
Cant remember the last time ive sat gaming with another "real" person for that long in years!

What a great game, SO much more fun than the single player imo
The last room had us stumped for ages...dunno wether it was actually as tough as we made it or if it was the drunk/tired combo but when we finally cracked it I literally punched the air

More games need a quality split screen co-op mode...especially vertical split as I struggle with horizontal.

Anyone had a go at the new co-op DLC? It's free so there's no excuses!

I quite enjoyed it, the last 2 chambers were VERY tough but really quite enjoyable. For what it was, the little self contained story was pretty entertaining too, especially the ending.

Nope, just a new co-op course and challenges for each of the co-op stages. No new achievements either which is a shame.

The ending for Peer Review was absolutely brilliant.

In fact, dialogue throughout the entire DLC chapter was up to the high standards set by the main game.

Started Portal Stories: Mel and a bit unsure of it at the moment. Can't complain as such given it's a free release and they've done the best they can. The impression of Simmons is pretty weak though they continue the lore fine enough, it's reasonably solid but lacking in polish. One to see how I go.

The puzzles are well tough in this and the Cave Johnson character is absolutely awful. That aside I'm enjoying it but once again some of the puzzles call for platforming dexterity that the control scheme does not afford. Currently stuck trying to drop into a portal, back out and up onto a platform but cannot get character to move in a.direction other than vertical.

Keep an eye out for the now none existent Half Life Episode 3 easter egg in Chapter 6.

Ch2 done. The puzzles are amazing. You have.to really play with everything and not just look at the obvious stuff that has been set up.
