Safe spot is right at the base of the bridge in right hand side. Still takes timing to get rolls at the right time but Quen makes it way easier.

i am still in the first Act occupied with side quests and i have the feeling this is a HUGE game. how long is it?

also, is there a bug concerning the quest marker? sometimes i get no direction at all and keep wandering aimlessly until it suddenly shows up.

finished this now and although combat was a slight disappointment i enjoyed it overall. mostly due to the intriguing story and a true mature storytelling. it's really refreshing how the designers handled sex and violence without regard to market standards (e.g. dressed sex scenes a la Mass Effect). all The Witcher 3 needs is a more streamlined combat-system.

8/10
