It's making me miss traditional JRPGs too becuase once I complete this I know it's uncertain when I will play a new one again. I'm just glad we have this one to play. After this I guess it's back to FFVII for the 100th time, or maybe FFIX for the 99th time.

Anyone else incredibly disappointed with the Wizard's Edition (EU version)? Came packaged in the worst premium collector's edition boxes I've ever had the opportunity to lay my hands on. Once you take the seal off, it's nigh on, wait scratch that, it IS impossible to close again properly with all the contents inside. I've had to take out the drippy plush just so that the flap doesn't keep on sticking out too far.
Starting to wonder exactly why the RRP was so retardedly high. The game itself I have nothing but good things to say about, but someone needs to tell Namco something about packaging. After the woeful effort that was the Tales of Graces Day one edition, they should be quite thankful I've splashed down more money on a second collector's edition. Won't be making the same mistake a third time unless they buck up their ideas.

What actually was the RRP though before retailer markup? I, amongst others, paid ?55 from Amazon which is less than I paid for the 'regular' edition from Japan which I assure you is nowhere near as exciting. Plus I have no issue whatsoever getting it all back in the box... I honestly do not understand how you could, either.
Regarding the Tales of Graces 'day one' edition, that was priced exactly the same as the regular version. I do not get why you're so offended they gave you a free CD and artbook.

When you are swapping around familiars, bear in mind that each ally is better suited to handling creatures of certain genuses. Yoi can find out which genuses each ally handles besy by accessing Frienda & Familiars.
So says the in game help
However, I can't see this information anywhere. Anyone know where it is?

2) Why didn't you order the U.S. edition then?
Secondly, were I a US citizen, I would of course had the US edition. Importing was out of the question and even if I did preorder one, chances are I wouldn't have ended up with it given the problems they faced with stock.

Jesus Christ how much more stuff do they want me to learn!? I reckon it'd be easier to learn Japanese than all the tiny bits of stuff in this game.
The test of wits. Otherwise known as randomly moving stuff around until it ends up in the position the game wanted you to put it in. Or get a hint - otherwise known as tell me exactly what to do in no uncertain terms. Seriously, do they really think people want to do this stuff? There is no wits involved.
Still loving it mind.
