Further proof that the Diablo team of old have long since departed and the evil specter of Activision is firmly pulling the strings. One must question the decision for Blizzard to sell themselves, were they not ranking in the dough from WoW?

I don't know much about this Real Money AC, but I guess Blizzard are taking a cut from every transaction? Not only is that greedy (effectively expecting subscription-like income) but the real money bit is going to completely screw the already-screwed in-game currency.
If someone finds the super rare level 60 item that nobody else has seen, then why wouldn't they try and make some real money out of it? Then, instantly, all the best items are only available for those who hand over real cash. That's how I'd expect a free-to-play browser gamer to earn the developer money, not something I've already paid ?40 for.Comment

was playing got cut off then got a message saying my account had been locked as i was logging in different to how i normally do then i had to do this bloody change password thing
as far as game goes i mean its fun but just has so many little things that bug me in 2 i would find the skills that i found useful and concentrate in upgrading them...in 3 thats not really case when you level up you get runes that tend to change the propertys of the skill rather then upgrading them

Yeah, I'm beginning to dislike the idea of the RMAH suddenly after supporting it for so long. I think it's pretty clear that it will get farmed to death by China, and Activision want a 15% cut.
I will choose to play how I want though, I'll be getting my own gear via drops or standard AH. I will sell any decent drops I get for my SC2 expansion, and any other future Blizzard release.Comment

Level 60 now, and got myself a semi-decent legendary knife from the AH for just 100k. Some of these Inferno champs/elites are bonkers, most are manageable at least.Comment

dont really see how drm benefits anyone i have to say .....no way would i use the real money auction at all what with people being hacked and spammers in the channel
played alot of the game now one play through with the monk and witch doctor now playing as demon hunter and really have mixed feelings about it on one hand the combat and loot collecting is pretty addictive on the other hand not finding the atmosphere as good as previous diablo and the story is a bit poor some plot points i saw a mile off.
Finding the levels very small in comparison to diablo2 and the final boss was a major let down for me (especially considering how good one of the earlier bosses was)Comment

I think the server rollback is just a rumor.
More likely they'll run a script to find all late cancelled transactions and nerf / ban the **** outta repeat abusers.Comment
