Does this still have the three star rating system? I got a lot of satisfaction getting three stars on mk7 so I hope this has the same!

So I have a group of friends online but can't gather then together?

Just done a few online races, works well no lag or problems at all.

Visually this game is great (like Mario 3D was). The manual is a waste of paper yes teddy. I couldn't see any way to view the stamps I had collected, can anyone remember how you viewed them in Mario 3D?

Had 4 blue shells hit me in 16 races so far, so not too bad compared to MK games of the past. I've been using Koopa and

so far, both decent all round characters. Winning a cup with a different driver each time unlocks a new character if people weren't aware so is wise to switch around who you use when doing Grand Prix.

Forgot how long it too to upgrade wheels etc. A new item every 50 coins means a lot of time racing. Who'll be first to get the gold parasol at 10,000 coins.

Took the day off for this- haha, even with all the E3 madness at work! Priorities ;-)

Absolutely flipping love it. Soundtrack is amazing. It is simply stunning. Runs super smooth. But my god i'm ****!

- i've been pretty good at mario kart games but on this i'm **** - Which i'm liking! I'm currently obsessed with mastering this beast. I really hope this sells well.

This game is excellent. Amazing tracks and lots of fun.

I do feel it's still rather formulaic though and not enough has been done to evolve the franchise. Characters are weak too. Where is Link, Fox, Samus etc?

I do think it's ace though.
