yes indeed, and i fear i am addicted too. this game is the biggest time eater i have ever encountered in gaming. i even started to level a second character. Destiny is the art of making repetition joyful!

I just wonder how and if the game manages to keep me playing until May or June, when the next DLC will supposedly be released. that's quite a long time, even if i am crazy enough to level a third character.

just got my third charicter his second piece of raid armour, so that's two 31 both in close distance to max lvl along with a max lvl hunter oh dear.

I started a titan. Really like the defender style as I like backing the team up and being usefull on raids, the hunter class isn't as useful in a team as it could be I feel.

I figgured even if the dlc comes out in May, I'm playing little and often enough to keep me interested till then, maybe.

House of wolves better be dam special. If it's the size of croatas dlc the I can see a mass exodus.

yes the game needs new locations, enemies and more variety in mission design, just a handful of new armor and weapons wont suffice.

i also would like to edit my character - i fear i used too much lipgloss

I have 3 characters fully maxed out in abilities. Two 31's and a 32 warlock.
By far I've found the warlock to be the best out of all 3. Others have some very good qualities but the warlock edges it for me.
Nearly 600 hours into this now, really can't explain why? Best 7/10 game ever

I too am becoming dangerously addicted to destiny. The loot whore in me is drawn to this a lot more than than diablo. It's forced my completion of dragon age inquisition to the back seat and I've not even unwrapped AC unity or far cry 4 yet I got from Xmas and I'd really like to play those!

Still not having my first g horn despite me reading of people now owning 4 or 5 does not help me. I've only recently beaten crota normal despite having had 2 31s for about 2 months now - I need g horn before I tackle crota hard, too many elitists refuse to skate with g horn less noobs. Then of course there was the thorn bounty I completed last weekend, that got me hooked on pvp XD

What console you on daragon?
I too don't have the ghorn and yeah those with it treat you like you're not worthy of gracing their game! They get lucky with some rng drops and think they are kings ha ha.
I've only done one raid still due to lack of matchmaking, the reason I haven't done any nightfalls this week either. I'm glad they implemented it for the weekly heroic strikes, it's been great for me

Ps4 for me. I always use one of the matchmaking/team finder sites, usually get a full team quite fast that way. I am very surprised bungie don't have an official one though, or that nightfall and raids aren't matchmakers. Do they intend for us to solo the content?

I used to solo a few of the nightfalls but getting a bit too tough these days solo.
A friend of mine started playing this week and he picked up the ghorn! Has all blue armour and a green primary still and he acts like he'll rule the game ha ha. If zur sells it again maybe all the elitist crap will stop.
Yeah I need to start looking at some of the sites for matchmaking, as you say bungie should implement it into the game

My group managed Flawless Raider on Crota in 37 minutes last night. Never thought I would even attempt that Trophy.

I am very surprised bungie don't have an official one though, or that nightfall and raids aren't matchmakers. Do they intend for us to solo the content?

Bungie's line is 'it's a social experience', so they want to play those elements of the game with others who want to invest the time with you.

Well then they ought to consider making that social element easier to accomplish. A lot of people aren't part of clans/guilds that carry over from other games or web forums like ours. They need a hand to make that starting point. Bungie shouldn't be taking the stance of ignoring some kind of first party tool just because 3rd parties have made their own

He jumped into vog checkpoint well under ranked, died and never fired a shot!
Whoever he was with wasn't happy to say the least.

600 hours for me and I don't have that many great weapons yet! Enough but there are a few that would really help me out

It's just plain odd that they don't implement some sort of simple lobby system, akin to destinylfg.net. If one guy can put that sort of thing together in his spare time, then I'm pretty sure Bungie can cobble something together in a short time frame for use in-game. It's ridiculous that six months down the line we still have to rely on 3rd party solutions for what should be basic functionality.
