I'm one championship away from the finale now, around level 65. The radio selection sucks and ideally the location would be a tad more varied... That's still the only flaw I can find. Love it

You shouldn't be listening to the music anyway yes the radio selection is piss poor but I don't care because I always have it switched off.

Another thing I don't like about modern racing games is the rewind feature. Man, if you can't do a race without messing it up then practice! I never use the rewind feature. If I balls things up its time to restart the race

I don't mind it in this, only used it about 3 times and it tends to be in Cross Countries where the route isn't always clear. No need for it in the Motorsport series though. Just cleared Bucket List 1, now onto 2... 15 more challenges to go

The soundtrack is very poorly chosen although this game should be improved by a soundtrack if simply to capture that festival vibe the game is trying to provide (the first game was better in this regard). I think some of the best pieces of music I've heard in this have been the classical music pieces from the Italian Classical radio station. I'm not sure if I've heard the Ride of the Valkyries or the William Tell Overture since Return Fire!

Arghhhhhhh 314/315 roads driven!
I swear the last section/piece will be so tiny I can't see it, I have scoured the entire map even with legend off, I will just have to stumble over it. Got 9 championships to the finale now, still a LONG way off 100% overall completition.

I know. It was the first thing I did. Also tried playing with manual gears with clutch but that was a right pain in the ass with a control pad. In fact using gears with a control pad is too so I'm playing (ducks out of sight) in automatic.

I also find playing in the cabin view very slow and well, not at all like real driving. I know that when I drive my car I can see the dash, window and so on but the focus is on outside so the inside of the car becomes "invisible" in a way. My No.1 view would be the bumper cam however in the off road sections it can't be used because it's impossible to see where you are going So in that case it's bonnet or behind the car view time.

I joined fwiw! When clubs opened up I remember seeing the RLLMUK clucb had c.170+ members and the Bordersdown one had 2 (now 4 including me). I was faithful to the forum and joined BDF.
