    Halo

Another vote for P.N.03 the only game ive played through for a high score!

The only game I can think of right now is Sonic Adventure. I find it one of the most beautiful, wonderfull and enjoyable games on any console yet most people and sonic fans hate it.

    A real shame.

Blue Stinger on DC, ****e but i love this game. Maybe it just brings memorys of DC launch back.
I have also been playing KOF Neowave in the arcades alot lately, even though all the hardcore KOF fans wouldn't even dare touch it with a dirty stick.

Oh and i love JSRF over the first, although the setting isn't as cool the control seems so much more fluid.

Yup. Jet Set Radio Future is fantastic.

I also like Zone of the Enders 2 , even though I know it's broken and **** to high heaven.

well,i'm glad to see so much appreciation for JSRF.

            Oh yea,one more as well.

Shenmue - Now i'm aware of the cult following this series has and believe me,there is'nt a bigger fan than myself imo It's just, the blind write this game off as boring 'cause it's a "life simulator" as they say.....whatever.

The shenmue series is one of my most personal game experiences,EVER.I openly admit this series to be quite easily my favourite of all time.Just thinking about the games(especially the first)makes me feel all nostalgic.Taking a quite stroll down dobuita in the snow, ahhhh the good ol' times

An aquired taste, but the people who 'get' this series know what i mean.

Halo 2. A large number of people say that they loved the first but hated the second. Well, if you loved Halo, how can you possibly dislike its sequel, as it is basically the same game with tweaks.

Not sure if many people here dislike it but I know many disliked Body Harvest on the N64, I thought it was excellent though. Sure it was buggy but at the time it was so different to anything I had played and I always love games that allow you to just attempt situations in your own way. They really should remake it or at least do a DS port.

Because the level layout was poor, and the tweaks were detremental to the gameplay.

Primal and JSRF for me. Dunno why, but I really liked the universe, characters and scope of Primal. It really was quite an ambitious game.

                    Doom 3.

A few weeks after release, it got ragged on by all and sundry. Yet for short 30 minute bursts, it's actually pretty entertaining.

I have a thing for Rebel Assault. I'm not sure why.

That was one of the first games I bought for my Pentium PC back in '95, along with the original Wipeout. I remember showing it to people along with Sam and Max.

Pity the game was hideously uncontrollable in parts though.

It's massively nostalgic, but I remember being blown away by it (along with Microcosm) and it reminds me of those naive days when I thought CDROM was the dawn of a new age...

I know it's crap, but I still love playing it. It helps that it's Star Wars and that I hum along furiously to the score and quoth the Solo evermore...

Body Harvest is definitly one, that had great scope, and used the technology in such a way that things just got bigger, and bigger, and bigger.

San Francisco Rush, is another one, "people" dismissed it as a badly controlling car game, when in reality, the physics were incredible. The whole shortcuts, sense of death and carnage was multiplied, and the range of cars to control was equally interesting. And the opponents never helped much. Not only that, you could have a two player splitscreen full 1 player league so you and a buddy could Rush competitively, without having some crapola diluted "arcade" face off mode.

I loved Body Harvest also but found it got to be really difficult on the third area.

I also enjoyed Jet Set Gemini which was often slated.

Finally one of my favourite N64 games was Doom64, again Ive read poor reviews but for me its the best Doom of all, with great level design, lovely solid 3d and some killer secret levels.

Another vote for the criminally misuderstood PN03.

It's an arcade game, it was never meant to be a Tomb Raider/Metal Gear crossover as most people assumed it would be. Most of the reviews I read seemed to criticise the game for not being something else.
