Exactly. And said that PSP would beat the DS as it had better games.

Also, does anyone else get the feeling Sony have already got bored of the thing? It got barely a mention at E3, and they already seem to be focussed entirely on PS3. The interest just doesn't seem to be there to support it, which I guess is why it doesn't look like there are any killer apps on the horizon. Perhaps there never will be any.

I think GTA will be the game that will really push the PSP into peoples faces.

I can't remember where I read it now, but there was a quote that was quite apt I thought regarding the PSP where someone said "... the PSP is a business solution, not a console".

I'd have to agree with that, as KN says, there was virtually nothing heard of it at E3 this year.

All we'll see is updates or cut-down iterations of games we already own(ed) on the PS2. Probably.

I was thinking that, but they're going to have to do something pretty drastic (and unprecedented) to the GTA game design to make it work for me. I've played every version of GTA going apart from the GBA one, and never been able to save more often than about once every 30 minutes or so (the PS2 games won't allow you to save in mission, and you've got tooling up and prep time that goes around that as well). 30min+ sessions don't suit a handheld at all.
