To be fair that'll be 16 old tracks with a new play experience, and 16 brand new tracks. Nothing wrong with that. Plus imagine if they had had to come up with another 16 brand new ones? They would have been generic crap unless they delayed the game. Or it would have just been 16 new tracks and nothing else.

But at the same time I see your point.

They're now listing it at ?25. I'm glad I got my order in while it was cheaper.

This may well be a ridiculous question, given that the game's not out yet, but what's the likelihood of carts from different regions being compatible for racing over the 'net? My knowledge of all this wireless business is a bit limited.

I don't see a problem with that afterall how can the net tell the difference. A multiplayer game over the net is just that multiplayer

The wireless part will be the connection to your router or dongle (how ever you access it).

I don't think it will be a problem at all

Over the net I can't see a problem; why would you, kind of defeats the point of being to play anyone in the world! Wifi on the other hand, we'll have to see.

But if the game is going to be released fairly simultaneous, I reckon wifi will be okay too as they will have been developing all three versions today.

Those were my thoughts as well, but game devs have a tendency to complicate things.

Wi-fi doesn't bother me so much as I don't know anyone with a DS That's why I want to get online for challenges!

I think Eurogamer said it'd be fine playing against different region carts over the 'net...
