Are you going HD for the Xbox 360 or not??

maybe we get 720p support with ever 360 game but is it also really HD content we get? i dont think so. you wont see a big difference between 480p and 720p if there is just upscaling going on.

but of course, if i had not already a HD compatible Plasma flatscreen at home, i would go for a real HD panel.

its not upscaled, games are outputed at 720p natively, then downscaled for people without HD TVs.

I'm not sure when/if I'll get a 360 yet. I hope MS haven't rushed it just to beat Sony.

How are MS going to tackle the lack of HD drives, in the mark 1s at least, when the time comes?

Sony will probably launch the PS3 with Blu-Ray drives, so while their media can make use of around 40Gb, the 360 will possibly still be stuck with DVD capacity, so how can developers get the most from the machine if the space isn't available?
