Jesus! I am now truely sick with desire! I actually feel unwell after looking at that vids. Looks potentaily the finest hand held console so far to be released. The PSP is now looking a bit silly. I have a really hated for biased console zealots, but wtf are sony up too, their PSP efforts are so half arsed It's rapidly turning into the new Atari Lynx. Launch titles are STILL the only think worth bothering with and disk drive media on a battery power console is ****tarded to say the least. Nintendo for the mother****ing win!

I think the way the hinge has been changed makes it look alot sleeker, but without seeing one in real life its hard to say how much better it looks.

On the dead pixel front I went through the entire stock of DS in my local Game (4 brand new units) and they all had dead pixels. It took them opening 3 PSP\'s to get one without dead pixels or a visible screen seal.

On the other hand my 32\" LCD TV has no dead pixels...

Can't help but feel that europeans get lower quality units for some reason, my Japanese DS feels different to a one my friend bought over here, the stylus feels like it's made out of a really cheap/weak plastic. Also, there seemed to be alot more units with dead pixels for Europe than there was for Japan.

I totally agree with you. I bought my daughter a candy pink one from Japan before they were announced here and it feels better built and has no dead/stuck pixels. The blue one from a UK Nintendogs pack has three stuck pixels. I guess quality control fell a bit before xmas as they were rushing them out of the factory.
