I played both demos yesterday.

AcesOfTheGalaxy certainly seems quite nice ... like a mix of Starblade, Starfox and Afterburner. Very pretty, and moves like a dream. Might buy this one at some point, but I have too many other games on the go.

Frogger 2, on the other hand, is one of the most pathetic games I've ever seen ... it's like something you'd expect to see on one of them "My First PC" toys. With MS's recent trumpeting about a crackdown on quality, I'm amazed that they have the cheek to punt this one out. Avoid.

YAW MAW looks interestng. Bright and vibrant visuals makes any game look appealing though.

Nope I too loved it, played it through with my boyfriend a few time. I can see how it's flawed but as a co-op it's a hell of a lot of fun.

The veteran pack is pretty cool, two complete new levels.

Grr, now I'm annoyed ... I quite liked the game, and might have to get it again so's I'm not stuck on 960/1250.

I only have 750 odd gamerpoints tho...might finish a few of the tasks with new levels to play tho.

I actually enjoyed the game more in singleplayer, I thought it was totally borked as a co-op title, which was my biggest dissapointement.

Happy Tree Friends is the Arcade game for next wednesday.

There are also rumours of the original Guilty Gear coming to Live Arcade. It has been rated by PEGI apparently.

MS are getting a bit cheeky with asking 800 points for these games. Especially for Frogger 2 last week and now Sea Life Adventures.

Now if every one will just excuse me while I tip over some furniture and pull the wallpaper from the walls in protest that there's still no sign of Bionic Commando Rearmed...

Sea Life Adventures actually looks like something a little different - whether the description lives up to the 800 points is yet to be seen, but I'm willing to be surprised with this one.

The God-game is also a new genre addition to XBLA.

At least there's the option to try before you buy.
