I've literally ONLY heard good things about it. It has two controls = the stick to move and every other button = "splode". You can "splode" up to 3 times to chain jumps, and a fourth time if there are barrels about.

Looking forward to it.

I loved The Maw. Imo it was a little underrated gem with bags of charm, tons of originality, loads of decent unlockables and super cheap DLC.

I've been looking forward to this for a while. Glad to see it is now getting some love.

Splosion man looks like an interesting game but they fallen back on my most hated of platform cliches the auto scrolling level them spikes chasing you up look likes lots of fun, will it be instant death if you miss time a jump because i really hate that.

Ah man XBLA is just awesome these days, Splosion Man looks great. Has the feeling of a proper 16-bit platformer.

Hmmm... Looks to me like the kind of game that if you don't nail correctly every time then it gets incredibly frustrating. Hope I'm wrong though!
