I really enjoyed the trial of Roogoo, until it makes it stop right when I was about to beat par time on a level for the first time

It's quite fun though, and (the early levels at least) relaxing

Haven't tried t'other demo, I don't think I'd get on with it

A glimpse into Take Two's forthcoming Civilization Revolution is coming to Xbox Live and PlayStation Network, with a 1.08 GB demo available from Thursday on both systems in selected territories according to a GameSpot report.

Making several concessions to the tastes of console audiences, Civilization Revolution is a new instalment in Sid Meier's strategy series that has enraptured PC players since 1991. The demo will be available globally on Xbox Live, whilst PlayStation 3 owners outside of North America will have to wait a little longer to get their hands on it, with Take Two announcing that they will roll it out globally on PlayStation Network at some point in the near future. As a sweetener, however, the game is hitting European shelves this Friday, whilst American gamers will have to wait until July 8th to see the full release.

Just played through Aces of the Galaxy trial. Hmm slightly disappointed if I'm honest. Something didn't seem right with the aiming and I found it incredibly difficult to dodge the meteors, although that could just be me Didnt particularly enjoy "scanning for invisible enemies" either. Bit out of place in a frantic shooter.

The reviews have started to come in for it (think IGN gave it a 7 and loved the new visual style) so it can't be too far off.

i really liked aces of the galaxy

admitiddly some of the explosions did obscure enemy projectiles but i think its one of those games i will want to master....scanning i think is more something to use once you get good at the game
