Don't think so.

To be honest there's not that much difference between the releases in each region. I think Turtles has only run into problems because Ubisoft probably don't hold the IP Rights in Far Eastern territories.

It is coming out in the West but nobody seems to know when.

I'd guess it'll be a week or two after the Summer of Arcade ends at the end part of this month.

There are surely plenty of online points sites offering 1600 points by PayPal for a far better price than Microsoft

Probably but some of them are well dodgy. Last time I tried two different ones they started asking me for all sorts of details to `verify` the transaction.

Ebay's where I usually pick them up from but they aren't exactly cheap (unless you can find a regular seller who's quite good).

Hmm. What are the chances of these not being locked to the territory? The Xbox Original titles didn't seem to work, so I'm sure it'll be the same here, sadly.

I guess I'm just hoping that Raiden IV will show up so it'll save on having to pick up a JPN 360.
