Lot of people on NGF seem to have Marathon in their heads, for some reason.

They deserve to be slammed over this.
For what it's worth, Major Nelson posted this regarding the Comic-Con content, so I don't really think it is Microsoft's fault...

"Also, I have passed on the feedback to the team about the lack of availabilty of this content outside the U.S. They are aware of it and are sharing it with the content rights holders."

Not suggesting its all hype and the same as tempest are you? (not that you can say under NDA of course...)

edit: just asked one of my mates who tells me he's played it at RV2007 and enjoyed it! (and he hated Tempest) so thats good!

                  Whats this Switchball too?

The achievements appeared for Undertow last Friday, could mean nothing of course, game sounds and looks good though if I've not heard much about it recently

It's always the same excuse though - Microsoft have enough clout to make this a zero problem, seems to me they're not really trying that hard to cut the red tape because it's just easier that way.

You can actually d/l the free themes, I really wanted to see the new Babylon 5 content though, and that's blocked
