Does this XBOX 36O version have the legendary FBI "Winners don't use drugs" screen like the coin-op?

TRIVIA: Apparently, the white guy who punches the black guy in the intro is none other than Mike, one of the combatants in SFI.

Well, that's what Wikipedia says, ...

That's only found on the USA version of the game.

How are folks finding the lag ? Was the biggest concern pre release, and no one has commented on it yet. Also is the online speed the same as the SP speed now ? and can you play online at the different speed options ? Is the screen stretchable online ?

Not had any lag at all so far, just won a few matches online, but I must admit I was been a bit cheap with Mr Honda.

Probably because we've all played SF2 for years and don't exactly need a demo to know if we'll like it or not.

I've played the Arcade version and the Snes version and that's it - will download the demo to see if I'm feeling the 360 version first methinks

Actually, thats a load of balls

Does it matter? If it's like any of the other XBLA games, you can download the 48meg demo for free, then, if you like it, buy the tiny 1K file that turns it into the full game.

Tried it earlier. 9 times out of 10 I got a timeout when attempting a quick match... Is the other player refusing to play me?

Eventually got a few fights but they were laggy as **** against US opponents and one of them just spammed the hundred hand slap with E.Honda The only UK player I played disconnected just when I was about to beat him! Lag seemed OK that time though.

Yeah, that's fair enough, but I still feel I need to play the demo to see that they haven't buggered it up the arse whilst converting it. Also I'm suprised this game lags, as it's hardly shifting much. Hell I'd expect dial-up to handle it tbh!
