        yep mine said that straight away but was sorted in a few hours. done purely cause of the cost of the order they check it personally.

        i think it might go out tomorrow.

              Right. Called them and got through straight away. Don't know who it was I was talking to but he told me they hadn't shipped any Wii's yet due to customers ringing up to cancel.
              He said it would be likely Monday and as I called he would push mine ahead of the queue.

              Too little too late for that. Yesasia here we come. Can't believe they had the cheek to lie about them being with UK customs.

              Needless to say I will never be going near them again, not for the fact they were late to ship, but the fact that they have been making up stories.

              Pathetic.

                This does sound very poorly organised indeed. Our credit cards have been billed at the same time or after the consoles were shipped.

                I was going to say that I feel for them, they must be swamped, but I was always told this wasn't the case and we'd get Wiis quickly and without fuss...

                    I was gonna say I'll give them until Monday for all the dust to settle down then if it's no better then I'll go to YA but th longer you wait the more chance there is of it actually being sorted.

                      Ok I just called AGAIN.

                      What happens is this:

                      Wii's were shipped first come first served.

                      Okay... say there were 5 bundles of Wii's (with 20 in each bundle)
                      If someone cancelled a Wii from one of the bundles.... that whole bundle was pulled from shipment which thus held the bundle up.

                      Mine and Ktroopa, etc. (anyone that has a shipping confirmation) they ARE in the Uk and will not cancel them as they are there and said to call back tomorrow for Amtrack shipping numbers. Ours were apparently in the same bundle and no one in our bundle cancelled apparently so it wasnt held up.

                      he said hes seen personally my customs clearance form and that mine is being picked up by Amtrack sometime today.

                      So tomorrows it. Im taking this last word from him.

                        Get in there quick mate...Play Asia are out of stock of the US Wii according to their site so it looks like they'll be a few people ditching their cowboy DVDBO and IM orders in favour of the more expensive (but far more efficient) Hong Kong retailers.

                        Although my IM order is cancelled and my Wii from Play Asia is well on it's way, I actually feel disgusted by the way every one of us has been treated by those *****. I hope their pishy company goes under.

                          That's just bull****. If they changed the status of people's orders from Pending to Shipped , then nobody would bloody cancel (plus they couldn't cancel after that point according to their terms and conditions).

                          I thought I had heard it all, but that's an absolute classic.

                            I placed my Yesasia order literally 2 mins after coming off the phone with him.
                            I hope that me cancelling my IM order doesn't hold up anyone elses order, I really do.

                            But Yesasia were flawless with delivering my 360 a few months back and so hopefully they'll do the business again. Just one thing - with the 360 that was the first time I'd ordered something that expensive from them and they needed pics of my CC. Will they need this again for this order?

                              nope... only ever need it once.

                              Crokski: apparently only 1 or 2 bundles actually made it and only a few shipping emails were sent out.

                              So a few of us (use this loosely as dont know if its true) "lucked" out.

                              Theres not many more excuses he can use when I call tomorrow

                                Think they only need that if it's your first order. ****. My component cable is ordered through them and i've never ordered from them before. Did you take a digi photo of your card and e-mail them it for verification.

                                Don't want anything to hold up this damn cable.
