I've just tried twice- and both times i got that ****ing annoying man ft: "Hello! We are not available!"

Okay... say there were 5 bundles of Wii's (with 20 in each bundle)
If someone cancelled a Wii from one of the bundles.... that whole bundle was pulled from shipment which thus held the bundle up.

These 'bundles' were being shipped to their UK warehouse. If an order was cancelled it's no big deal as they can be stocked at the warehouse until someone else orders, surely?

And let's say if someone from bundle#2 cancels... surely that spot would be filled in automatically by someone from bundle#3?

None of it makes sense.

Here's what makes sense to me: They don't have any stock and don't know when they will have.

One last Q I promise. If YA ask for CC detailed proof does it need to be a faxed photocopy? I dont have either facilities. Can I take a digicam shot on both sides

I took a pic of the front and back of my CC which they suggested I do. Worked fine,

Yeah, but surely you'd leave it up to the UK warehouse to pull the individual cancellations instead of pretty much forcing EVERYONE into cancelling due to holding back their entire stock. It's not like they're never going to sell.

So we're both in the same boat now with YA

Let's hope this time it all comes through for us. Like I said though, when I ordered my Asian 360 from them at the end of August, they had it down as in stock in 2 weeks. I ordered on a Monday I think and it had shipped by the Thursday/Friday and that's including time taken to verify my card. So, they're fast enough. Plus, with the news of a big shipment of Wii's to the US this weekend, hopefully ours will be shipping on Monday or before (took my 360 2 days to arrive btw)

This whole situation gets worse by the second. Importmadness are run by ****ing idiots and I have absolutly no idea how on earth they've been in business this long if this is how they treat their customers. No information, a string of inconsistents lies from start to finish and to top it off there are orders that have gone out for people who ordered after those who haven't had anything sent. It's all well and good keeping people hanging on so they don't cancel their orders and lose business as a result but by doing this you're not providing the service you should be offering. If anyone from IM is on these forums read this - Look at VG+ to see how you run an import site.

At least VG+ originally came out and said "Sorry guys, everyone that pre-ordered is buggered as we have no stock from our suppliers, do you want your cash back or do you want to hold on and see?"

This is what IM should have said last week. They might not have lost so many pre-orders as a result.
