Kind of off topic, but does anyone remember seeing this?

    Oh the nostalgia

It's surprising how close to the actual game graphics it was really!

That really did bring back some memories, the first Gran Turismo was so magical, especially after all the hype that had surrounded it. Didn't even have to pay for it because my Dad bought it, thinking he'd be able to play it. Of course he got fed up after a while and it became mine.

I'm tired of the demo now, just hoping GT5 isn't too much more than a year away. Sure there will be plenty of racing games to tide me over, or prehaps steal GT's thunder by then.

I'll be playing Forza 2, PGR4 and SEGA Rally Revo until then, but they're all on 360.

          I don't think we'll be seeing GT5 until Xmas 2008.

At least they will be updating the demo with the GT5 technology as development goes along.

I hope Forza is good, I was really looking forward to the first one but I found the physics terrible when I bought it. I think I returned after a couple of days.

PGR is good but it's a little too "arcady" in with the handling model for my liking really.

Slightly off topic here, but whatever happened to the PSP version?

The quote from Kazanouri Yamauchi about 2 weeks ago was that they work on one at a time and he asked the interviewer which he wanted to see first. The answer was quite understandably the PS3 version!

The PSP version is still in the works though.

Yeah I agree, if I had to choose one it would be GT5.

Don't get me wrong! I did enjoy PGR but GT is a lot closer to my ideal driving game.

I wonder if we're still going to see bikes in GT5 as were shown in the first demo?

Yamauchi has promised that GT5 will encompass everything about driving culture so we may see them at some time. I'm holding out for Karts too!!

All you need it a good display calibrated properly, I have better replays but that is the first I took pics of

Yeah I know Revo is coming out on PS3 but I'd rather have it on Xbox Live, PS3 needs some more exclusive racers though because GT5 isn't out for ages!

We should hear the announcement of WipeOut PS3 over the summer which "should" be good...hopefully.

Force feedback wheel support in the newer version.

Force feedback is in the latest demos for all regions. I can't find ANY differences between the different region demos to be honest.
