I know most won't agree, but crackdown. I love the games visual style, and just the amount of things going on without any apparant slowdown until you get into MASSIVE explosions with about 30 cars/bodies and stuff.

PGR3, GRAW, Condemned (these three are over a year old already ffs), FightNight03, Lost Planet and although I didn't rate the game as highly as some I thought Dead Rising was technically/graphically very impressive indeed.Technically I'd say Crackdown as well - really shows what use next gen grunt can be put to.

For its time (and still now if you ask me) the DC version of Soul Calibur was just jaw-droppingly gorgeous.
