Why you planning on doing via xbox live? lol
I can see why they have delayed the online part, my guess is they want to get as many people as poss to download it before they open the online part.

I wonder if there'll be a problem going online with the BR version on my US profile, given that the online part isn't available until Christmas Day? Hopefully it'll all be done in game rather than via the store, otherwise one of the main advantages of getting the BR version (Everything under one profile) goes out of the window! >_<
