Dark Void, almost finished a back to back play through. Really enjoyed this game.
Also been playing Bayonetta, enjoying it but seems to be very much a button basher though on the harder levels you may need to set out some tactics specific attack patterns.

Also had a good go on the Apache demo - sold!

Ridge Racer 6. Good for working out some frustration.

Black Ops MP which is good but shame it has got PC performance issues. Also Black Ops SP which is very dire but I am going to complete it just for the sake of it.

Also I've been playing Death Smiles and Ketsui.

After finishing the disappointment that is Heavy Rain I put Resistance 2 on. This game is very underrated I think. Almost finished it now I reckon and quite hyped for R3!

            Massively underrated in my opinion.

Finished GoW on the PSP and have started playing some MAG, with the Move no less. I'm enjoying it, even though the game really could do with a better explanation of the basics.

Oooh, what are the Move controls like in MAG? I thought they weren't being patched in til next year!

EDIT: Been playing Razing Storm too:

Deadstorm Pirates continues to be awesome. The crabs are absolutely killing me though. I could 1cc this if it wasn't for the crabs. Wish there was a way to play just that single level over and over.

              Multiplayer TC Razing Storm:
So much potential but this game has lag the lieks of which you've never seen. Not lag that you see whilt playing, lag you see when the killcam shows you how you died. I need to video it and post it up otherwise no one will even believe me!

Currently playing Enslaved. Which despite being loaded with bugs, glitches and the wonkiest of cameras, is an absolute joy. A near flawless pace, and a perfectly measured balance of inventive platforming, mech-boshing and story. It feels very much like Beyond Good and Evil 1.5. I like it lots.

Also started Dragon Force on the Saturn. The lack of anything tutorial shaped and the clunkiest interface I ever done seen made the initial hour daunting. But I get the impression it's a game that snowballs into something quite special.

                Good stuff.

I've finally got around to starting Resistance 2 having had it sat on the shelf for almost a year. Should have done so ages ago. Like the first game it's 100% in English, and like the first game I really dig it.

I also started Dante's Inferno at the same time. Not too bad, but I am now shelving that until R2 is completed, especially as it's Japanese audio.

                  Kept you waiting, huh?

They were patched in as of 2.0, a couple of weeks back. They're actually pretty good - they have three presets (standard, casual and competitive) and every setting is fully customisable. I'm running with competitive at the moment.

It's proving tricky at the moment, some of which is because of getting used to a new control method and some of which is coming late into a game that rewards you extensively through levelling (The only guy whose stats I checked was level sixty-two, against my four at the time) with new skills and resistances.

I feel like I'm improving anyway, which is the main thing. Haven't played it enough yet to determine whether it's something I'll play a great deal of, however I'm in a positive frame of mind about the game at the moment, even with getting my ass kicked.

Cheers for the impressions. I might pick this up then. I enjoyed the beta and don't mind getting my arse kicked for a bit before levelling up.

Finished R2 last night. Last boss was totally lame (should have got Retro Studios in to show how boss battles should be done) but I enjoyed it a lot and the ending was cool.

I moved into the next mode last night, Acquisition, and finally managed to pick up my medical kit so I feel a little less useless in battle. More kills and assists last night too, it seems to be coming together.

Last night I played Dodonpachi Daioujou on 360 and got my ass kicked all the time. Difficult to practise due to Practise mode being rubbish ie you can't select ship power ups level. Yet I still love the game and will play it more and more. The patch is apparently still on its way, just delayed by what it seems an eternity.

Minecraft, after some time away. Playing it on a friend's multiplayer server for the first time, which has led to some cheeky moments of burying eachother alive. I tried to fill my moat with lava and had an unfortunate house burning incident shortly afterwards.

Got a fair way into Ridge 6 now. Enjoying some of the advanced races now, as any previous losses were largely due to me making a silly mistake and the skill of the CPU racers is beginning to give me a challenge.

Oh, and I'm quite bad at Guwange!

Had a whirl at Minecraft, but not long enough to really get an impression. I can sort of see something in this that would make me want to play it more, but until i get time to fathom it properly, the building stuff and the like i'll hold back from commenting as i still don't know what your supposed to do.

Still thrashing though FF Tactics DS. Love this game. Only got 50 or so missions through last time and i'm way past that now. Absolutely loving it bar a few niggles aside with new concepts they added. Possibly the best TRPG i've played...and i've played quite a few.

Finished Amnesia a couple of weeks ago on the PC. Superb game. Highly recommended. Not that often i finish games to the end but this was gripping stuff

Still playing f*cking Hidden puzzle games as well............ seriously I can't stop

DL'd Gravitron & Super Meat Boy as well for the weekend
