And, after loving Gay Tony (yeah, you heard me), I have decided to replay Chinatown Wars. I had played it on DS, loved it and then bought it on PSP when I got my PSP Go. But I didn't play it much as it hadn't been that long since I played it on DS.
Now, I'm back into it and I'm loving it. Chinatown Wars is a top-notch GTA game. There's so much to do, loads of fun and the characters are great. Even with the extra radio stations on PSP, I do wish there was more music and the minigames did work much better on DS. But it looks absolutely gorgeous on PSP. Really beautiful. And plays great.
I have also dabbled in Arkham Asylum. It was on sale on Steam and just gave it a go last night. It seems like a great game. Good fun, easy but rewarding combat and a real layer of polish. It looks pretty amazing on my laptop. Not sure if I'll play through it yet (been playing Stranger's Wrath) but really looking forward to getting stuck into it.

Had some MVC3 games on the weekend with some mates, hoping my copy arrives tonight. Aside from that, Mass Effect-a-geddon continues. I've set up my playthrough of number 2 to cover off all achievements on the way (as opposed to the 3 I slogged through in the first), and am nearing the end now - finished up all of the DLC now, so now just to carry on with the main story. Whilst I've just made it sound uber-clinical, I am enjoying the game a hell of a lot and will be very keen to see what they do with number 3.

Been playing Valkyria Chronicles II [PSP] for the last couple of weeks and I'm really enjoying it. The story elements and interactions between the characters drag on for too long but the actual battle gameplay is pretty good, a nice twist on your average strategy title.
As I've got a week off work I'm thinking of playing through Metroid Prime 2: Echoes once again, this time via Metroid Prime Trilogy [Wii].

In my new found quest to play the games i have stacked up high and sealed, I finally got a chance in the weekend to really sink my teeth into a couple.
3D Dot Heroes Games is a nostalgic blast from the past, a complete rip off of Zelda, but a nice addition to my PS3 gaming catelogue. Spotted quite a few refferences to modern games, like the Demon Souls, writing on the floor lol... The humour is probably one of the best parts of the game, as it takes the mick out of itself in most conversations. Enjoying the game and managed to get to the end of the second temple.
Ive been caught up in the hype surrounding the 3DS and it has ressurged my enthusiasm for the DS all over again. And I decided to tryout my copy of Plant VS Zombies. OH EMM GEE! The game is insane! Im totally addicted to its simple yet genius design, I think i sank about 7 hours into teh game yesterday, and i am nearing the end lol... QUALITY game! I can't believe I didn't try it sooner!

It has been a few weeks since I've started to play BlazBlue Continuum Shift (PS3) again and to my surprise the months passed away from the game weren't as detrimental as I thought.
Etrian Odyssey III also found its way back into the DS trying to kill the two remaining bosses before I complete the whole game.

This last week has been pretty much all retro for me. I've pretty much completed all my current gen games to 100% on my old profile, so the only thing I've really been playing on 360 is Deathsmiles.
Retro wise I've completed Super Mario Advance 4, Metroid Zero Mission & Metroid Fusion.
Not sure what to start next though.
