What has everyone been playing this week?

I'm playing Enslaved for the first time despite it sitting off my shelf since release date (yep I paid ?40 for it) its been there for a couple of years and tonight was the night for my first play..... It's ****ing excellent Why didn't I play it before

Ski Safari - and it's just had an update too. The update has included a Wolf to ski on, a shop to buy some gear and a general polish up of the graphics. Best 69p I will ever spend.

Assassins Creed: Recollections - I've only been playing it a short while, but the jump up in AI at Chapter 4 from the previous chapters is very noticeable. The fact that the AI player now hides its cards from view also means less of a heads up when anticipating what card is going to be put down.

Gravity Rush which I just completed. Great game, gets a little repetitive, what with the whole "oh no nevi over there" *kill* "oh no more nevi at the other end" but in short bursts, episode or two a day, its not so bad. I read complaints about the combat in the first play thread and thats about my only gripe with the game tbh, it got a little too combat focused at some points and then just air combat focused which was pretty fiddly and poor.

Overall great game with an interesting story and loveable characters. I'd love to see more of this world.

Hope I can finally start Project Zero 2 Wii Edition tonight... only like my 6th Wii game since I got the console back at launch but damn these new age TV with their separate component and composite input cable thingys that go missing -_-

Got my "Burnout" license earlier today and am now 50% through the car bit of Burnout Paradise!

Looks like I now need to do everything again to get the next license, only 115 events to go - usually I dislike "long" games but this is such a joy to play I'm happy to put another 12-15 hours in

I'm thinking about getting the ultimate box set and giving burnout paradise another try. I loved it that last time I had it and should never have got rid.

One of the best races of this generation and will stand the test of time. It runs flawless at 60fps.

more ghost recon future soldier on my PS3 inmy cabin and did the last level fairly easily this time so no more smashed controllers

and started lollipop chainsaw, only did 2 levels so far but not really getting it and generally i love zombie games

Played Co op through perfect Dark on Xbox live. We are now playing through Perfect Dark Zero, pretty good fun for less than a fiver.

Retro....got the Steel Battalion controller out, got to the 4th mission and keep getting owned, more practice needed!

Just on The Baconing. Fun-ish but it's got this really self-assured 'humour' which I'm finding irritating, plus it has awful surf-rock music to signify how 'zany' proceedings are intended to be.

Bah, would much rather the loneliness of a Dark Souls ruin, any day.

Enslaved is a great little game, it plays well and has a nice little story to it.

To be fair I thought the story and locations were excellent. It just is so on rails they might has well have made it as a movie. Such a pity really, common with the generation if you ask me.

This week it's mostly been Civilization Revolution. I WILL manage to win on Deity level eventually! Other than that I have been playing the Streets of Rage Trilogy in it's re released XBLA form, Zombies Ate My Neighbours on the Snes, and Riiiiidge Racer on the PSP

I've been playing Motorstorm Arctic Edge and Sega Rally on the PSP and what a lot of fun they are. Rally still looks really nice and handles well and Motorstorm is a superb racer with some varied courses and cars.

Also coming to the end of Zelda Twilight Princess on Wii. Loved it overall bar some rubbish controls.
