I'll definitely read that Miyamoto feature when I get mine. I'm very keen to read what's going on in his head with the direction that Nintendo is heading.

Get in! I had to change my plans at the last minute today, so hopefully this will come through the post and brighten my day.

I've not even heard of Left 4 Dead - from the title I would have given it an automatic 4/10. Shame about Mirror's Edge and Quantum.

I suspect the massive delay in the release of Manhunt 2 has resulted in a poorer score. I played it last year. TBF, some of the mechanics seemed a little dated even then; my guess for a score at the time was 6/10.

Tomb Raider is back on my radar.

Some good scores there, anything with a 7 or above is good in my book! Banjo is a surprise scorer to me and Mirrors Edge is a surprise flop.

I subbed to edge this month, looking forward to reading their opinions.

Endwar is terrible and WAR is WOW template. Mirrors Edge, CODWAW, RFOM2, VC and Fallout 3 scores what a load of cock sausage Edge major failage again. But why am I suprised and reading this as its Edge. Get me coat

But they use long words. Ergo they are more reliable / mature / intellectual than other sources.

Or so previous Edge threads have told me.

Anyway, makes no difference to me - half an hour's reading in kinokuniya before putting it back and leaving.

oo i disagree with the fallout score.....ok sure 7 is not terrible.....but the way i See it ....the game deserves to Sell as much as possible.....and i bet there are alot of people who read reviews in edge to decide what they buy.....and a 7 does not scream buy me....for me fallout 3 is one of my games of the year

Fallout 3 is very good but it's not without it's problems (and they're very in your face and obvious when they occur).

Have you seen the sales figures? They'll be fine.

I'd be interesting to see a synopsis of some of these reviews. Haven't played any of the games but I'd like to know why they've given some of those scores (Not that it'll change whether I buy the games or not, nothing ever does! ).

What did they give Fable II? Or haven't they reviewed it yet?

ahh i have to say ....in the end a review is a personal opinion.....i think they should just get rid of scores.....and just have 3 verdicts......buy.....rent....avoid
