Interestingly off the back of this release game have dumped there pricematch promise as it was discounted nearly everywhere except for in Game, 30 notes in a lot of supermarkets and 35 in woollies blockbuster ect.

Had a chat to the guy in store and he says they have been losing loads of money because of cheap supermarket deals. they now only Price match GameStation which made me laugh considering its the same company, so they can still advertise the price match but it is in fact meaningless.

I was under the impression that Game dumped their price match a long time ago. A couple of times in recent months I've gone to Game to pick up a pre-order on launch day after seeing the same game cheaper in HMV or wherever and they have refused to do so. This happened with Army of Two (yeah yeah) 50 quid on release day morning at game (had just seen it for 42 in HMV), argued with the manager a bit and told him to go shove it before picking it up from Sainsburys for 38.

Bro got it from gamestation, same console bundle with nice red box but with Fallout 3 instead of the useless to him extra controller. 200 quid is a bloody bargain
Are the games full retail or do they have the yellow bundle copy sign on them?

To be honest I have no idea, its just what Kotaku said. They have their own website http://www.chart-track.co.uk but its not working for me.

Gears must have done well then if its beat the combined multiformat sales of Fallout 3 and Fifa.

He means the 7 best selling titles in their opening weekend ever, that have sold more than gears 2

From the top of my head: Halo 3, GTA IV, Fifa 09, GTA SA. Probably missing a few both I'm pretty sure those are in the top 7.
