This machine is pretty impressive. I tried it at "Bic Camera" Kyoto and had no idea this was this good. The graphics were amazing and the controls responsive and nicely laid out. 24,800 yen for the WiFi version but alas no games I'd really like to play. The demo for Marvel vs. Capcom was the most interesting but all in all, it seems all games are just sequel 4-6 of some old game. Bleh.

Portable RR7 is an amazing thing once you play it.

If you go to the specific page for it within the Vita section of the Hardware section, it does actually list it as ?299.99 inc. VAT. A mistake maybe?

I can't help feeling they need to create an official Vita site which advertises it at about half the amount it actually costs, so I can pull it up when my wife asks how much it cost when I eventually cave and buy one.
