Not fussed about the ?200 price point, especially considering the price of the DSi XL and the lark.

Watching a few trailers and i'm pretty excited by it all. MGS3 looks great and as the only game in the series i've not experience it's a good reason to get into it!

If they can't get it under £200, it's going to be a very hard sell.

Bundling it with an AR kit and games is genius though. Going to be a lot of people's first experience of it.

Slightly disappointed more games haven't been shown off by third parties, was hoping Atlus would have something to show.

TotA is a great announcement though (even if I'd rather they'd made it a sequel rather than a port), could pave the way for a surge of JRPGs.

Driver 3D looks good, if suspiciously sharp and clean.

Splinter Cell looks nice although blowing up the screens does it no favours.

It's looking increasingly like the 3DS is roughly a Gamecube in terms of graphics but with some more advanced effects.

Did they confirm at the conference that they'd be including at least one AR card with the 3DS? Apart from one of the promo vids they released I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere.

You get 6 cards and they bundle some AR games with it. Believe they've also said you get the cradle with it too.

There are suggestions you can hook the cradle up to a LAN connection. I know Nintendo said the cradle can get a high speed connection and that the hardware fact sheet mentions "LAN" at one point (can't put it through a translator as it's a protected PDF).

I know the VB has done well as an "infamous cult-classic console" of sorts, but the games were piss-poor.

VJ's pop-up-book style would be amazing for 3D. Actually, with the game's focus on making stuff look "viewtiful" I can hardly think of a better game for showing off the console.



anyways, it looks like Capcom wants to bring every one of its franchises to 3DS asap, so maybe it'll happen someday

I was just over at the Japanese site and noticed they only show GB/GBC on the VC. If 4Gamers messed it up I'm going to be so p***ed.

I expect CA$270 when it gets released and quite definitely plan to get one.
