Owning doesn't mean you're familiar with the games.
of course it does, then all it means you are familair with emulation or with ports

which means you love teh romzzzzzzzzzzzzz

probably me since ive played all manner of pap on the system since 1991 - whereas Colin likes his particular games

for me releasing a data east pack would make this perfect (Miracle adventure/dunk dream)

Yes but he's being pedantic, wow magician lord has no intro, the world is going to end. As said the software can be fixed and the resolution and a host of other things, what he forgot to say that its a pretty powerful well made emu machine.

But a ?200 machine really shouldn't need fixing.

It's like buying a car with flat tyres.

Lol. I used to share Ikobo's opinion really, but he seems fairly informed hardware wise so I don't mind him now. There are far worse people on YouTube.

Not saying I've played a lot of NG, I don't really emulate consoles anyway.

MisterBubbles, there's no real point trying to defend it in this thread. Enjoy it for yourself and ignore what people are saying.

I have no opinion on him. I do wonder if his wife left him though.

but if you spent ?200 on a car you should really expect flat tyres

plus it was only ?125 from Amazon.com before shipping and customs

i just dont get the hate, like i've said before its ?125 from the states or ?175 from funstock

im sure some people drink and smoke that in a week

?25,000 on a car, you will be lucky if its ?20,000 a week later

?1000 for a week holiday then its just a memory, for me its not alot of money and will wait and see what happens and if im playing milli migla, tekken etc in a month or so then a happy bunny

its pretty much ?9 a game and that i can handle

Right now I own about 60 AES carts, 13 of which are on the X. This is the biggest AES collection i've had, nowhere near Jasons at his peak, but i've been playing NEO since the early nineties and reckon over the few times i've had collections i've probably covered a large percentage of software available for it. Jason's right though, these days I stick purely to the games I know and like.

I've played handhelds that emulate the NEO much better than the X, I own one right now. I'm not knocking people who buy it and are happy with it, if they've forked out the cash and think it's good then fair enough.

i live in hope that there will be cards released for this to add to the catalogue of games

or at least firmware updates to fix any issues people have found

Most of the hate is from speedy, who doesn't own one and said he hasn't played a lot of Neo Geo? AS said before shall this replace my MVS collection, No, but soon im moving to Germany and the girlfriend wouldn't like a huge MVS cabinet in the flat. As stated its not AES or MVS, just some fun retro on the go.

I haven't played a lot no compared to others on here. The machine is older than me after all, obvious disadvantage.

And are you saying people that don't own things can't have opinions on other things?

Because that's all it is, an opinion.

I've never liked unofficial clone emulation machines btw. I don't like the Open Pandora for example. I don't like emulation.

would be nice if you could just insert a SD card and voila - lots of games

I wouldn't expect it to be long until it's possible. Given the nature of the hardware.

                                Amazon. Didn't order from funstock.
