Ubisoft's Watch_dogs (PC and "Consoles")

i dont understand the digital pricing, why is it $59.99 on the US store and ?59.99 on the uk store , thats ?24 different to us, badboy why is it locked for US purchases i can still do it, i bought Watch Dogs yesterday, for$60

Don't know in all honesty ...

It was working up until Titanfall came out, since then I have not been able to get anything off the US Store. It might be bank related as I have googled the error, and they may have been asked to put a block on it. Once your account is blocked thats it, I cant exactly ring Microsoft and ask them to unblock it!. I have tried different address, different cards etc. Nothing works for me anymore. Will have another look at some point but I suspect Microsoft have put a block on my account, so its more than likely a permanent thing.

Its ok .> I will just get the majority of games from VGP, and games I want day 1 I will just have to fork up the extra money , but it is a piss take. Games have not gone up in price in the US for next gen games, but here you are looking at an extra ?15 - ?20 , that really is a piss take.

VGP comes in at ?32 a game & shipping, its waiting for them to get through customs thats the issue.

Due to the positivity on here and some fun looking vids I Picked this up off the US store with some amazon PSN credit for the equivalent of ?34.

quick question can I play it on my uk account or do I always have to be logged into the us one, not an issue as it's just a button press just wondered if there was a way around it.

Problems with uplay at the moment across Ubisoft's servers and is effecting all formats and some of their other games too. I can't even log into uplay. IGN reported that this has been happening since Watchdogs launch yesterday. Seems like a huge overload to me. In other news could anyone please tell me if games install while the ps4 is on standby? I downloaded Watchdogs and it's taking quite literally hours to install. Could this be because their servers are down? If it is that's such shoddy work from Ubisoft. Fml.

Lebowski, just set your US & UK accounts to be primary accounts and you can play it on whichever profile you want no trouble.
Don't see any reason, not to set all region accounts to be primary ones in fact, I've done the same with my JPN and HK ones too.

Don't think so mate. Being developed by a different team too - Ubisoft Bucharest, apparently a very strong team technically, with the idea that the gamepad will be fully integrated. Given that the game doesn't seem terribly well optimised on any of the launch platforms it might well be worth waiting for.
