I really should play it more Kryss i only have the original version of that software though not the newer improved version, it's good for learning the most common readings but i still have to rely on my separate dictionary to then find out the meaning in english.

Word games in Japanese are a good way to practise like trying to find new ones i can do, mojipittan is fantastic in that respect. Love that game the soundtrack is amazing too. But mizuiro blood is intriguing me to continue with it, has the same character styles as the taiko games.

I wasn't even aware there was a 3rd version hehe. One of the reasons why the DS is my favourite Nintendo handheld ever is the fact that it's not just games it also has a library of cool useful software too.

Which reminds me, I need to get a replacement DS. Is there any difference between the DS and DSLite? Will my CycloDS still work on it? Does it use the same charger? Will it play GBA games properly still?

I used a Cyclo DS with a DS Lite. Can't answer any other questions though.

There is no difference between a DS & DS lite besides screen quality drastically improvong & it slimming down to be less bulky, anything that worked on the DS will work on the DS lite (wink)

Decided to do XB360 Half Life 2 (The Orange Box) for the first time. So far, as I thought I would, really enjoying it. Just wish you had proper manual aiming with a simple cross-hair reticule rather than the vague area auto-aim system they used.

I managed to 1000g Dead Rising 2: Off The Record and I've just completed Driver: San Francisco, both of which I've loved!

I'm on the last level of Max Payne 3 as well, so I'm on a bit of a roll!

Just some A Link Between Worlds on my 3DS

Jist finished XB360 The Orange Box - enjoyed most of HL2 and, in particular, the water born section, but felt the whole game could have been edited down by 20% and lost nothing, Episode 1 more of the same but Episode 2 I thought was really good, some of the best ideas from the main game but in a tight yet still generous package.

Greatest dissappointed for me was Portal - just too damned short . It is the most enjoyable, clever, imaginative XB360 game I've played yet. The wonderfully quirky humour was an absolute delight. Portal 2 has been on my XB360 wish list for a long time and its gone straight to the top.

Killzone: Merc. Top game. Graphics are outstanding and really show what Vita is capable of in the right hands. Not quite as good as I'd imagined, if only for a lack of physical buttons, but I'm enjoying it nonetheless. Once it gets the TV update, it'll rock hard I reckon.
