Wonderful 101, Pikmin 3, Aliens, Scribblenauts and Lego will sort me out fine. Theres a ton of stuff coming out on existing formats too so I don't need a mountain of WiiU releases

Pikmin 3 is immense for me to be honest, if all the Ninty Direct presentation delivers is some new footage, I'll be happy.

Wonderful 101 and Rayman Legends are potential triple A's too, then there's Monster Hunter 3.

I mean, the list is short and that, but a lot of it is quality.

Where's a new F-Zero, a new Zelda, a new Galaxy, a new Pilotwings, don't expect all of those but 1 or 2 would be nice.

Wonderful 101 and Pikmin maybe alright, would certainly pick them up.

But if Nintendo announced a new 3D Mario and Zelda I would be excited rather than just thinking 'Yeah, might be OK?'.

Outside of Aliens, all of those are exclusive to Wii U or Wii U and 3DS.

Yes they probably are but the fact they have not even been announced for any other formats pretty much makes it certain they will be out on Wii U first. So are you saying you would buy some of these, at the moment exclusives, if they were on PS3/Xbox first? I do kind get the feeling Nintendo cant win either way. People have a moan about all the ports of existing games coming across to Wii U but Wii U games that end up being ported to other formats again people moan. That logic doesn't make sense?

Well we are not getting the usual IP's anytime soon ... That was evident a long time ago.... Personally I don't mind that as long as they come along at some point. There must be a fair amount of stuff in the works that we don't about already. It's not like the dev kits haven't been out for long enough.

It's just a matter of when Nintendo decide to spill the beans .. Certainly won't be tonight otherwise we would already know about it ...

Ghost recon Online is a PC game that you can play already isn't it? Rayman could be a winner though. Origins was brilliant!

Nintendo generally announces titles only a few months before releasing them. I fully expect to see at least three of their big IPs in the next year.

As far as I know Rayman and Lego are exclusive (for now...), Ghost Recon and Scribblenauts are on PC as well as the best version of Aliens...

Pikmin is probably among Nintendo's worst franchises so it's pretty uninspiring sure, and I agree with you about Monster Hunter and Wario - we don't need yet more mini games on the system...

Wonderful 101 looks cool though I'm looking forward to that, even if it looks a bit cheeky as a full price game. The system defo needs some of Nintendo's big franchises fast - especially if early sales are anything to go by. Definitely not worth buying one now - that's for sure.

When was the last time they did that exactly? I don't remember in recent times, all the big 3DS games that are out (or nearly) we have known about for a good two years. Besides that's a false economy if you are trying to actually sell consoles.

Ok you might (probably) get a 2D Yoshi game akin to NSWBU at some point, and maybe some Eshop stuff, possibily a few HD remakes (SMG etc) but otherwise we are not going to see any of the big IP's till 2014 at the earliest .. which admitidly is only a year away ... but still ...

Three of their big IP's launched on the Wii U during 2013, yes I think that'll happen. We already know of Pikmin, and I could easily see both a new Mario Kart and a new 3D Mario launch in the next year.

If I had bought a Wii U already I would buy them on the Wii U, nothing better than playing something on a new machine, but nothing really there to make me want to own one as yet.

I'm the biggest Nintendo fan, I could never understand when people moaned about the small software catalogue on the N64 and GC, I would always take 15 great titles over 150 better than average ones.

But something like Rayman Legends I am more than happy to wait for, not a system seller for me, and it will probably be announced on machines I own before any system seller is released so I will probably end up picking it up on PS3 or cheaply used.
