Why are they complaining, because they've been charged for their preorders? Isn't that how it works....?

I think it's more they were charged without being told, ShopTo haven't said anything about a potential cock up and have sent the email out today despite the fact it says from Saturday.

Had my email from Shopto saying that orders would start being processed from Saturday 16th but I've yet to see any activity on my internet banking.

Others however have already been charged having received the email *after* the transaction. There's loads of flak on Twitter about poor customer service.

I guess I'm not so bothered as, having yet to be charged, the email has just set in stone the fact I have a machine Day One!!

PS: I realise that comes across as more than a little selfish.

Yeah i have had that email flash up today too. I have opted to go the finance route for PS4 but wonder when Shopto are going to let people know when they have been aprroved for credit?

Yeah I'm picking this up. Loved hot pursuit so it was a no brainer although I've heard it's only 6 players online which is a shame, was hoping for at least 8 players.

I wish they'd stop dicking about trying to make Ridge Racer a free to play Burnout and just do a HD remake of classic Ridge Racer.
