[Family Fry]

Well I was kicking about and watched part 1, was the funniest translation I have ever heard in my life, they went through three of them.
Andrew House was up first talking about brand and stuff, he was doing a good job speaking Japanese from what I heard. After that they showed brief demonstration of Vita TV using remote play.
Yosp was playing PS4 knack and he synchronized it to vita tv on another tv and continued playing with DS3, said DS4 support would be supported later.
Showed a tiny bit more of the PS4 UI, didn't know if it was called the XI (Cross Interface) said it would be ever evolving and always different every time you logged on thanks to Playstation App and social media aspects.
Showed off Playstation App on XperiaZ1, said it would be available for IOS and Android.
That was about it, went to bed before they live demo'd Deep Down, meh.

If I can fit my spare TV into my bedroom (trying this evening) then yes. Play Asia would be my initial thought. ?96 + whatever shenanigans on top.

That's way too expensive. ?96 is supposed to be the price including a DS3 and 8GB memory card. Add in shipping and customs taxes, and it's almost PS3 money for just the unit by itself.

Not on their site yet...but using Nin Nin games instead of Play Asia has saved me a tonne of cash...both in asking prices and the fact japanese post seems to have a better chance of avoiding charges. Plus the cheapest mail option takes 6 days rather than 6 weeks!

Sony has clarified how its PS3 to PS4 upgrade titles work.

Basically, you're expected to buy specific versions of the participating games which include a redeemable code. When you have your PS4 you enter the code and pay around a tenner to download a digital version of the games PS4 edition. However, to run the game, when playing, you must have the PS3 edition in the PS4.

Sounds like if you have a local store doing their own trade in upgrade offer you're better off doing that instead to retain the ability to trade down the line.
