I assume as shopto sent me a e mail with my order details as processing it will go out for launch, but I assume that some games for ps4 aren't in stock yet, so they can't send shipping emails yet.

No panic here, I've got one from simply games, one from amazon and a shopto bundle as well, don't ask why but I'm sure I'll get them all Friday even though I don't need the 2 until christmas

Just got a phone call from my credit card company saying they declined payment as it was close to Christmas and they get a lot of fraud, WTF are they like, who spends Money at Christmas. they have guaranteed that if game try to take payment again in the next 48 hours it will go through,

just got to play the waiting game now and hope game get back to me, seems I'm not the only one she said they have had a lot of angry customers and they gave me a tenner for the trouble, bastards id rather have my ps4 paid for.

Hopefully they will sort it out in the morning, I can't believe they shut there webchat down at 5.30 today it's normally open till seven, you would think that as this is there only avenue for sorting out this mess with no customer service number to speak off then they would at least have some sort of plan in place, it is bloody launch week after all!! they must have a hell of a lot of orders to process too.

Thanks dude seems they have shut down web-chat altogether today as for the above number I got put on hold for 20minutes when it finally connected i was told off as the above number gets you through to game head office reception (i might just keep ringin it to troll her lol)

So what's the deal with the launch day loading bars on PS4? Will it be as bad as the X1 and Wii U launch or can we just download the latest firmware on a USB stick in advance and we're ready to go like when I had my MegaDrive on Christmas morning?
