    'Better integration of online services'

How about 'an online service'. One that doesn't resemble some sort of half assed playstation shop from the PS2 era with trillion number matrix codes to find friends.

A proper online service with user accounts.

A new console with 2014 graphics.

    No **** controller.

and maybe, just maybe, some games.

Must admit my Wii U is gathering dust, have MK & DKC got confirmed release dates yet? beyond "Spring" that is.

Watch Dogs, there was a story on MCV about the Dev pulling the Wii U version, all due to some Italian site taking the game off their pre-order list or something so stupid.

Hope those $20 DLC refunds add some urgency to the big N, they're so laid back they give the air of not really giving a toss.

MK8 is just down as May, DKC is Feb 21st though

Looks like a part in the Wii U is now owned by a company bought by Sony

GamesRadar+ takes you closer to the games, movies and TV you love.

It's interesting how much of their problems would be solved with going down that route if you think about it.

They could just buy Valve outright in theory and instantly own the entire Steam network. Trouble is, I don't think any of the big three take Steambox seriously as a threat hence the lack of reaction from them.

All I've played recently is Pikmin 3. My Wii U adventure is far from over. I have around 6 games to play. Then, errr, Mario Kart!

Nintendo has bought back a chunk of Yamuachis families shares in the company. Nintendo is said to be gunning toward buying some companies soon.

HMmmmm, who would be the smart buy:-
                            • Way Forward (Thor DS, Contra: 4 DS, Batman: The Brave and the Bold wii, Shantae DS)
                            • Kingdom's of Amalur Team (I think they are still without a home and there is a lot of talent there)
                            • Platinum Games (development costs are rising, Nintendo need the draw of their A* Japanese games)
                            • Mercury Stream (Lords of Shadow Devs)
                            • Sega (imagine. 2 historical Japanese Houses combine for future security and success)

Any other suggestions or reasons the above will not work?

EDIT: Oh yeah, and a company that has a clue about online content delivery services.

I'm thinking they'll mostly go for tech companies in preperation of the next system and maybe some to bolster game dev on console rather than handheld experienced teams as 3DS is fine. Platinum have suggested they want in so that's possible but their games also tend to struggle sales wise. Wonderful 101 did poorly and I'm expecting Bayonetta2 to follow thereby ruling them out.

I was joking before as it'd never happen but Nintendo could easily swallow up Valve thereby instantly having a chunk of what it needs and be laughing.

                                Nintendo should buy EA.
