I think the majority of my space went to the download of WiiU Sports Club, but I don't ever recall telling the machine to download it.

Mine did the same thing and ran out of space within 2 weeks. 8GB is a rubbish amount but Amazon had an amazing deal with the party pack which was too good to miss out on.

Difficult? No. Cheap? Very much so, in a way that seems more so than in previous MK games.

Hopefully they do a solid job of it, been watching gameplay vids of Yoshi recently and its slipping quickly down my wants list. Not long till Mario Kart DLC2 though its's offsetting my growing suspicion that Starfox is the next delay title
